“If you are praying for rain, do you bring your umbrella?” This question gets to the heart of the words about Hope that we are examining today. Bringing your umbrella shows that you expect God to answer and that you are engaged in faithfulness before He answers. Through the sermon this week we looked at examples of those who were expectant and engaged in the book of Daniel, Hebrews, and Luke as we made note of others.
